Real-time monitoring of the effects of compound 4g on the proliferation of LM8G7 cells. LM8G7cells were seeded in ACEA’s 96X e-plate^TM at a density of 5 x 10³ cells per well in triplicate, and continuously monitored using the RT-CES system up to 24 h, at which point compound 4g (12 to 75 μM) was added.
