Fold change for 25-HC-treated column was determined from the ratio of expression 25-HC treated Huh-7 cells/naĂŻve Huh-7 cells and for the 25-HC-treated HCV replicon column from the ratio of expression values from (replicon + 25-HC)/replicon. Dashes (---) indicate genes whose fold-change in gene expression did not exceed 1.5-fold and hence were omitted from the analysis.
